Solution:
1. Click Windows "Start" - "Control Panel" - "System and Security" - "Windows Firewall".
2. In "windows firewall" window, Click "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" shows on left.
3. You can Click "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" for different network locations by yourself.
