How to change the Window's color in Windows7?

Solution:

1. Right click the blank area in the desktop and select “Personalize”;

2. Click  “Window Color” at the  bottom, then, choose “Enable Transparency” and select your color;

Attention: To enable this function, you must install the VGA driver correctly and apply the Aero function.
